I can't believe we're already this far into the year. To start the new month off, I'm talking about The Sex Lives of African Women by Nana Darkoa Sekyiamah. I share some thoughts on themes like marriage, relationship expectations, and what it often means to be a woman with sexual agency (23:40).
Before discussing the book, I talk about my "anchors" that I've established with my move and transition, and some realizations I've had in my journey to becoming a swimmer.
