Tune in for our sixth episode of The Leader's Table with Chase Williby, currently the Operator of Coral Ridge Mall in Coralville, IA! It was great to have Chris join me again after flying solo for a few episodes. Chase, Chris and I were in LDP around the same time and crossed paths at different stages of our journey. I currently serve Chase and his team at Coral Ridge Mall. I loved how he was impacting his team, the care he showed, and his true drive for operational excellence. I reached out to Chase as I knew he could provide insight, inspiration, and encouragement to others. Chase joins us to dive into topics from his Chick-fil-A story, the impact LDP had on him, and serving the community/region he feels right at home. Chase brings a wealth of knowledge and we hope this episode can inspire all different roles in the restaurant industry!
