Crime and the 2nd Amendment

Crime is getting out of control. Louisiana is about to be the 28th Constitutional Carry state in the USA. Every state should be a Constitutional State, because of the CONSTITUTION! When Law Abiding Citizens are carrying firearms crime is radically reduced.
