Daniela Massiceti | Machine Learning Researcher

Join us as we explore careers in technology, starting with Daniela Massiceti. Born and raised in South Africa, Daniela is a senior machine learning researcher at Microsoft Research. She shares her journey of discovering her career path from a young age and pursuing her education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cape Town, a Master’s in Neuroscience at the University of Oxford, and ultimately a D.Phil. in Computer Vision at the University of Oxford. Passionate about diversity and inclusion in machine learning, Daniela is also an organizer of the Deep Learning Indaba. Beyond her work, she’s a big pop culture fan and talks about her love for Harry Potter.
