Hello everyone, This is Jerry, and I'm glad you stopped by today. I want to leave a short meditation for you to help you through any moments of stress that you may experience this holiday season. Unfortunately, our chaotic world adds stress to situations even at the most joyous times. So, take a few moments and give yourself the gift of tranquility.
To begin -
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed, either sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
Gently close your eyes now and take a few deep breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your stomach to expand. Then exhale slowly through your mouth, blowing gently. As you do this, feel your shoulders, relax and fall and feel the tensions of the day release.
