Wishing grief away, putting ourselves down, hating life or ourselves are sure ways our grief will stay. How about for a change - we HONOR our grief instead? Allow ourselves to know that everything happens is for our highest good. Let's wake up to the ways we do acts of love for ourselves in our day to day and let's feel that love. We can say thank you to the grief, feel our own love, and in time grief is sure to melt away as we allow ourselves to hear the message of grief.
