Note sull'episodio

Freddie Stevenson: From Homeless to the NFL. Freddie Stevenson is a former NFL free agent who signed with the Chicago Bears as a fullback. He also played college football at Florida State as a linebacker and won several college football championships. At one point growing up, his family was homeless and so poor his mother cut up a McDonald’s cheeseburger for he and his 4 other siblings to share. His mother ate nothing that day herself. The cheeseburger cost $1.05, but his mother only had a dollar and she had to beg in the restaurant for the other 5 cents. Today, Freddie Stevenson is author of the book Trials to Triumph. He is also an inspirational speaker and owner of Triumph 105 Brand. The number 105 relates to the cost of the cut up cheeseburger in his homeless story. Freddie’s story is truly inspirational.
