Reigning In Light is the beginning of a journey. A journey of enlightenment, healing and hope. Mindfulness, meditation, breathing, calming, grounding techniques and motivation are all utilized. The foundation of Reigning In Light is peace. The core of it, is acceptance. And the intention of it, is to welcome the spirit to guide us. Reigning In Light looks at members of the human species as both a unique individual and a being with similar desires and characteristics to others with a need to not only contribute to the whole but gain from it as well. Reigning In Light is meant to be food for the soul and is filled with metaphors and analogies. It is a unification tactic with the universe. It is a remembrance of our inner connectivity to the earth and beyond. Reigning In light supports the straightening of our crown and the walking with our heads held high. It is not a replacement for therapy. The podcast begins with an introductory pilot that is more meditative than the subsequent episodes, which are topic based and an idea of spiritual health. It is a partner in solitude, a moment of gratitude and a challenger of isolation.
