In 2013 Prof. David Graeber's published his viral, online essay "On the Phenomenon of Bullsh*t Jobs". A little over a decade later, this still seems resonant. We'll consider how a skewed ideology of values is entrenched in our social conditioning and how it is masterminded by the entities running the current economic paradigm. We'll ponder what it might take to shift our mindset and push back against the prevailing system of our work culture.
