This week we talk with George Siderias, co owner of River Edge Diner, a faorite spot of locals in the area. For 50 years they've served Bergen County, and have seen some hard times, including getting started back in the 1970's. With new renovations and a liquor license, The RED has grown and flourished. George shares family stories, and his start in the restaurant business.
