After leaving school and wanting to be a writer, a 2-year government enterprise grant and a play under her belt it was an approach to New Perspectives that Amanda says is pivotal to her career. “Had I not had what became 6 shows for New Perspectives I wouldn't have had that experience and track record…I wouldn’t be setting here now, sitting at my computer writing is it wasn’t for New Perspectives”. Here Artistic Director Angharad Jones catches up with the playwright to discuss her writing journey.
