Episode 34 :: Hotel Hell

Mike and I have stayed in some questionable hotels, but these places redefine “hospitality” in the same way a haunted house redefines “open plan living”. Think flickering lights, carpets with mysterious stains, and a receptionist who looks like they haven’t slept since 1998. Mike attempts to complain, but the hotel’s customer service philosophy appears to be “deny everything and offer a mint”.
