As someone who, in the past, embraced a chaotic lifestyle fueled by weekend binge drinking to alleviate anxiety, I can proudly say that I'm now celebrating four wonderful years as a sober queen in her twenties. And you wouldn't even know it unless I told you – and even then, you'd probably be surprised.
