In this episode, we speak to Kris Hall who is the founder of The Burnt Chef Project, a non-profit business. After 12 years of working in hospitality and experiencing mental illness, Kris launched the Project to tackle the stigma of mental health within the F&B and hospitality industry. Through corporate training sessions and merchandise sales, the Project grew tremendously and now provides free-to-access 24/7 support services as well as free health and wellbeing training.
