Osiris

This reminds me of the story found in the book of Daniel when King Nebuchadnezzar told Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego if they didn't bow down and worship his gods and the gold statue he would throw them in the furnace. Not only did he do just that but they told him their God, our God, the same God from then and now, could save them but if he didn't then they still would worship him only and never bow to the king's gods and idols, Thats like this story.
