This week we meet our first overseas guest! Meet Rebecca, a Belgium residing corporate gal who took on seven unique roles over the course of 20 years. Rebecca began her journey as a teen speaking broken English, moving away from China to seek new opportunities. She shares her experiences of jumping jobs to seek new interests all while keeping in mind long term goals and her people-centered values. A pivotal moment in her career, Rebecca took a leap of faith by insisting her employer allow her to advance to to oversee a team of 25 despite her experience having only been within her team of two. Overcoming her fears and intimidations, she successfully proved her capabilities and has since worked her way to the top. Tune in to catch all of this and more!!
