It means to fully pay attention to what is happening at this very moment. That includes noticing what we are experiencing at this moment right now within us and around us. I will be going over 3 mindfulness activities which include mindful eating, coloring, and journaling and 2 different mindfulness meditations, which are metta meditation and open to life meditation.
