Freelance Fitness is a weekly 10 minute exercise break from your workday aimed at freelance creative folks, hosted by freelance voiceover artist and former fitness instructor Alison Pentecost.
This week we're doing a mobility workout. This week I'll be borrowing from the great tradition of yoga and coaching Sun Salutations. These movement sequences are great for warming up the muscles in our entire body, as well as grounding and relaxing us. And we'll be discussing what to do when we fail in our freelance business.
