One of our last live recorded podcasts from #ESVS2023 Annual Meeting in Belfast has been very special to our team – we had the pleasure to talk with three amazing female vascular role models: Dr. Tara Mastracci, Prof. Alison Halliday, and Prof. Palma Shaw. We focused on equality, inclusivity, and many other challenges in vascular surgery, especially for female physicians. We welcome you to share your thoughts after the podcast, join the European Female Vascular Surgeons group, and stay engaged with ESVS activities because, in the upcoming year, ESVS will present some new projects that will focus on the issues mentioned above and try to increase diversity in the ESVS.
