Robert G. Novotny: Brigadier General (Ret.)

Brigadier General (Ret.) Robert G. "Blend’r" Novotny is the Executive Director of F-15 Business Development at Boeing’s Air Dominance Division, leading global outreach and strengthening partnerships for the F-15 portfolio. A distinguished 28-year U.S. Air Force veteran, he logged over 3,000 flight hours—including 500 in combat—as a command pilot, instructor, and operational test pilot.

General Novotny commanded at every level, notably leading the 57th Wing at Nellis AFB, where he revitalized RED FLAG exercises, expanded the U.S. Air Force Weapons School, and oversaw the Thunderbirds' "America Strong" flyovers.
