S1 EP5 David Castle The ROH Boys

This weeks guest is now a person I can call a good friend, Dave castle. Dave is a person I met on my ward during my stay in hospital earlier this year after more intense hip surgery. I was very low at the time as this surgery was sprung across me very quickly. Dave, myself and our other mate also on our ward Sonny made life inside the hospital a lot more uplifting. Everyone in a hospital is going through a rough time in one way or another but the banta we had helped push us though. We ended up being called the ROH boys (royal orthopaedic hospital).

Dave has had his fair share of hospital stays to say the least and in this episode I wanted us to openly chat about how a different outlook can change your stay in hospital whether short or long.
