Most of you have a general idea on how passionate I am when it comes to achieving overall health and wellness. Being a fitness and nutrition coach, I work with a wide variety of individuals. However, I would say the majority of my clients are females.
One of the main issues I see with my girls is patterns of disordered eating and/or eating disorders. Both are related and share similarities and differences.
