Let’s try a box breathing exercise together. Sit up straight and place your feet flat on the ground. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four… 1, 2, 3, 4. Hold your breath for a count of four… 1, 2, 3, 4. Exhale through your mouth for a count of four… 1, 2, 3, 4. Hold again for four… 1, 2, 3, 4. Let’s repeat this cycle three more times. As you breathe, notice the calm settling into your body and mind.
