Long before the days of Blade, X-Men, and Spider-Man, Marvel films were borderline nonexistent. Only a handful got made, and none on the theatrical level of endeavors such as Superman: The Movie or Batman 1989. One such endeavor was the Yugoslavian-produced venture based on Marvel's Star Spangled Man with a Plan.
