We with Mayor Matt Gentry (City of Lebanon), Mayor Brandon Sakbun (City of Terre Haute) and Kevin Whited (City of Carmel) about the ins and outs of the background administrative work of creating accessibility and infrastructure for cycling and pedestrian.
