In today's episode, it was a great pleasure to be reacquainted with my friend Christa Sutton. She is the founder/facilitator of Second Act Sisterhood which is an amazing organization helping woman in their second act of life. Christa really cares about people and thrives on helping them to reach their goals. She is the whole package when it comes to being a personal coach.
