In the early 1980’s two men, frequently known for hitchhiking, fell victim to a sadistic killer. Their cases are connected by ballistics and an m.o. - genital mutilation. And although found 2000 miles apart, both bodies are discovered in proximity to Interstate 80 – Wayne Rifendifer in Pennsylvania, and Marty Shook in Utah. And the killer? He may have brazenly called police.
