My anxiety intensified following my mother’s stroke and the subsequent end of a long-term relationship, leading to severe insomnia and physical symptoms, culminating in a panic attack. Through self-care routines, including exercise and relaxation, professional therapy, and mindfulness practices, I began to regain control over my anxiety. Emphasizing the importance of listening to one's body and prioritizing mental and physical health, I share strategies that have helped me manage anxiety and find a semblance of peace.
