Al Roker and Courtney Roker Laga

Emmy award winner and America’s most trusted weatherman Al Roker and his daughter Courtney have recently written a cookbook “Al Roker’s recipes to live by.” There are some amazing dishes in this book. Maze usually calls Al Roker closer to Thanksgiving to chat about the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, but this year he reached out early to chat about the cookbook.
