Sofie Fella is the definition of ambitious. Starting from 12, Sofie takes us through her journey of blind emailing and cold calling in order to pursue her passions. We explore how changing from a ballerina to a rugby player ended up with her studying Psychology at Harvard University. As a collegiate athlete, Sofie shares how body image, injuries, and imposter syndrome have reshaped how she looks at success and a fulfilling life. Sofie is an excellent of example of the phrase "don't ask, don't get". I think we could all learn something from this incredibly humble, inspiring, and driven young woman.
