Burnout seems to be increasingly on the rise. There are countless articles and studies on its detrimental impact but most of the advice falls on deaf ears in the workforce and studies offer little more than lip service. Is it possible that the real, underlying issues on burnout are being purposely ignored? And, if so, why?
