S02E02 "The Stakeout"

This week, Mark and Allen break down the episode that introduces Officer Dave Sanderson from the Pawnee Police Department! (Well, his Mother calls him David.) Someone has planted marijuana in Leslie's community garden (in the pit), so she and Tom are going to have a stakeout to catch the "kingpin". Meanwhile, Ann is going out on a date with Mark, and Ron has an excruciatingly painful hernia.
