In this episode, I take a deep dive into a time when I hated myself for not having the results I wanted, for not being as successful as I thought I should be. It was a time when I didn’t understand my own behavior. I just felt self-hate and aggression toward myself because I believed I needed to be different.
I experienced this on a level that didn’t make sense to me. Even after making millions in revenue, the feeling was still there.
