This episode covers what it's like to work on cruise ships from both me and Warren's perspective.  Between the 2 of us we have worked in 3 departments, 2 cruise lines, and held over 6 positions on ships so we have a lot to say.  We try to give you the good and the bad of working at sea and share some funny stories along the way.  Our dish for today is Jamaican Jerk Fish & Chips, which is a fusion recipe of a UK classic with a Caribbean twist.
