Repeat this for 21 breaths.
Let each thank-you land in a different part of your body: your feet, your lungs, your eyes, your liver, your skin…
Don’t rush.
Let the breath become a prayer.
When complete, smile and say:
‘My breath is enough. My life is enough. Thank you.’
