Hold for just a second.

Then exhale slowly, letting them drop with a sigh.

Do this rhythmically with 21 breaths.

As you continue, notice: are you holding anything that isn’t yours?

Let each exhale feel like a tiny release.

With the final breath, feel your neck longer, your head lighter.

Say silently: ‘I am not carrying the weight of yesterday.’
