For this episode Stacy and Mo had the opportunity to interview their dearest friends Dr. Doug Marques and Mitch Ashton about being apart of the LGBTQIA+ community and what’s it’s like to be engineers within that space. They get to deep dive into how it effects their professional and personal lives.

As this conversation continues, the hosts learn how they can support the LGBTQIA+ community through allyship and giving them a voice. Mitch and Doug request the listeners to donate to OutWest. OutWest is a LGBTQIA+ social and support group for people in the west of Ireland.
