In 2022, women accounted for 93% of all cosmetic procedures in the UK, with a staggering 101% increase from the previous year. Globally, young adults aged 18-34 made up a significant proportion of procedures like breast augmentations (54.6%) and rhinoplasties (66.7%). And in some regions, such as South Korea, 1 in 3 young women has undergone a cosmetic procedure.
