Episode 13 - Nicholas Barclay

In 1994, a 13 year old boy who had been labeled a troubled teen went missing after playing basketball in a park in San Antonio, TX. Three years later, police in Spain called US Officials and said a boy claiming to be the missing Nicholas Barclay had turned himself into Spanish Police. Episode 12 - The Gardner Museum Heist

On St. Patrick's Day in 1990, two suspects dressed as Boston Police Officer gained access to the secure Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston. They detained the two security guards and then in 81 minutes the stole 13 pieces of art that is valued today at over half a billion dollars. While the FBI came out in 2015 and said they believe they have identified the suspects, they said the men responsible are deceased and the stolen artwork's location and condition remain a mystery. Episode 11 - Ricky McCormick

After a body is discovered in a cornfield outside St. Louis MO in 1999, detectives believe they have a homicide on their hands. But the case takes a strange turn when two pieces of paper, containing what could be a coded message, were found in the victim's pockets. Did the victim write something in code before he was murdered or it is someone else's code for some activity he was involved in before his murder. Or maybe it's just gibberish from the mind of someone who could barely read or write. Listen along as we discuss the strange and tragic murder of Ricky McCormick. Episode 10 - The Disappearance of the Beaumont Children

On Australia Day in 1966, three children were allowed to go unsupervised to a public beach to escape the summer heat in Adelaide, Australia. This was an accepted practice by most at the time as Australia was considered a safe country. When the children didn't return from the beach, Australia's largest crime mystery began and almost 60 years later there is still no answer to what happened to Jane, Arnna, and Grant that fateful day. In 2013 the death of Kendrick Johnson at his high school fired up the rumor mill and before the facts were known, speculation about his death was front page news. Despite the facts indicating the death was a tragic accident, many hung onto the belief he was murdered. Episode 8 - The Jamison Family Disappearance

In 2009, a truck belonging to family of three was found in a clearing in a remote wilderness in Oklahoma and the family was nowhere to be found. After three years of speculation about what happened to the family, their bodies were found over three miles from the truck in the middle of the forest. Some people believe the family got lost and died due to exposure in the cold October evening air while others believe they were killed by an unknown assailant. Episode 7 - The West Mesa Bone Collector

After a woman and her dog discovered a human bone on the West Mesa outside Albuquerque, NM a massive search began and soon 11 bodies of missing women from the area were located in what is now known as the West Mesa Boneyard. A serial killer had been hunting sex workers during a two year period from 2003-2005. Why he stopped is unknown but there are several suspects included two strong candidates. One is in prison and the other was killed in 2006 just after he killed a sex worker. It is because there is not one good suspect that this case remains open. Episode 6 - The Strange Case of Judy Smith

In 1997 a woman attending a conference with her husband goes missing from Philadelphia during the middle of the day. Some people report seeing her around the city in the days after her disappearance but five months later her body is found in a remote area 600 miles away. Why she was in Asheville, NC is unknown to this day and while it was clear she was murdered, the motive and suspect has never been determined. Episode 5 - The Fond du Lac Jane Doe

In 2008, deer hunters in rural Wisconsin came across the badly decomposed body of a young female in a creek on an abandoned farm. The homicide victim was unidentified for 13 years until forensic genealogy was used to give her back her identity. The young woman was believed to be the victim of a sex trafficking related homicide and investigators now are working to solve the murder. Episode 4 - The Tylenol Murders

On September 29, 1982 in Chicago seven people died after ingesting Tylenol capsules that had been filled with Cyanide. An unknown suspect had taken bottles from the shelves and in the days before tamper proof seals, replaced regular capsules with the deadly poison. While one person was arrested for trying to extort the company that owned Tylenol, no suspect has ever been charged with this rare form of mass murder.
