Meanwhile, a university investigator grills Paul, Arthur, and Bill about the chain of unusual and mostly unexplained events with the deceased Doctor Maximillian Brinth that led to the kidnapping and incarceration of Marie, his attack and capture of Paul, the drugging of Security Officer Logan, the explosion and destruction of the Pathology sub-basement, and the mysterious disappearance of ‘Mister Gaywahn.’
