Episode notes
In this episode, we shared calls from consumers, who reached out to us for help with their own credit disputing process. These callers are annoyed with the credit bureaus (mainly Experian and TransUnion), because they keep responding with letters claiming "they do not believe the consumer authorized their own dispute request". These letters are most commonly known as "stall letters" and the entire country is receiving them, regardless if the consumer hired a credit repair company, disputed on their own or even paid for certified mail and notarized documents!
Check out this episode and learn what these anonymous consumers are going through! Let us know if you are going through the same trouble!
