She's With the Band is a new podcast series, developed by Dover Street Productions which offers an unfiltered look into the wild, glamorous, and gritty world of 1960s and ’70s rock and roll, through the eyes of music journalist and insider Sue Mautner. Beginning with her serendipitous on-air appearance on "Ready Steady Go!" in 1964, Mautner’s story is one of youthful audacity, fearless curiosity, and unshakable instinct. With stories from her time ghostwriting The Rolling Stones’ column in Boyfriend Magazine, to the details of being on The Beatles’ infamous 1966 German tour, Mautner’s life reads like a love letter to rock. For the first time, the extraordinary untold story of 1960s music journalist, Sue Mautner, is finally being shared in this new podcast series. A front-row witness to rock history, Mautner pulls back the velvet curtain on an era of revolution, rebellion, and music that changed the world.
