Stand and Deliver: A JoJo Podcast

by Larry Davis & George Brundle

Season 3

Week 31 [Season 3, Episodes 26-29]

This week's episode is full of things that are ill-advised at best and most likely deeply offensive. So, you know, par for the course. Also, speaking of offensive: Janken Boy. [Music Used: Intro -- September by Earth, Wind, and Fire | Outro -- Highway Star by Deep Purple]

Week 32 [Season 3, Episodes 30-32]

We're back from a Thanksgiving break, with this episode coming into your ear-holes with BLAZING speed, considering I am uploading this abouuut 20 minutes after we finished recording. This one is chock-full of nonsense, by the way. [Music used: Intro -- Rock This Town by The Stray Cats | Outro -- Superfly by Curtis Mayfield]

Week 33 [Season 3, Episodes 33-36]

We lost an American icon this week, so after paying our respects, we talk about Jessica Rabbit's tits. [Music used: Intro -- Hello There (Live from At Budokan) by Cheap Trick | Outro -- Principle of Lust by Enigma]

Week 34 [Season 3, Episodes 37-39 / Part 4 Wrap-Up]

It's here, the end of Part Four: Diamond Is Unbreakable! So, of course, we discuss Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu and wonder how Norm Scott, creator of Hsu and Chan, is doing. (He's alright, it turns out -- he's updating his Patreon regularly) George also talks about some movies he might be completely imagining, even though his recording equipment crapped out and things are a bit spotty this episode as a result. Sorry about that! We'll be back next week with the first four episodes of Part 5. I can't waaaaiiiiit! [Music used: Intro -- Another One Bites the Dust by Queen | Outro -- I Want You by Savage Garden]

Season 4

Week 35 [Season 4, Episodes 1-4 - Start of Part 5: Golden Wind]

Here we are! Part 5, this is it... We won't have to do this too much longer... Right? This week involves banana guns, the JoJo Wiki suddenly becoming TOO detailed, and a discussion on the Peter Bogdanovich film The Last Picture Show. Skip to like 7 minutes in if you don't care about that... But if you don't, why are you still listening to this? [Music used: Intro -- Gold by Prince | Outro -- Paranoid by Black Sabbath]

Week 36 [Season 4, Episodes 5-8]

I was a bit tired for this one, but hey, we got through it. In these episodes, our special boy Guido Mista gets to show us what he can do, and we learn all cops are indeed bastards. [Music used: Intro -- Hazard Profile Part One by Soft Machine | Outro -- Anarchy in the UK by the Sex Pistols]

Week 37 [Season 4, Episodes 9-12]

We're back with a banger, as Narancia finds himself face-to-ankles with Cheese, and we turn ourselves in to the cops for viewing a 15 year old's asscrack. Also George forgot what episodes to watch. [Music used: Intro -- Dixie Chicken (Live) by Little Feat | Outro -- Little Danson Man from Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!]

Week 38 [Season 4, Episodes 13-14]

Well, this is it: the last multi-episode week. We're caught up! So, with that nightmare ended, a new one is just beginning... (This week's Anime Roulette selection: Slam Dunk episode 79) [Music used: Intro -- Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson | Outro -- Coco Jamboo by Mr. President]

Week 39 [Season 4, Episode 15 / Slam Dunk Episode 79]

The Anime Roulette bears its first fruit this week, as, after recapping Guido shooting himself a whole bunch, we get to see how the boys of Shohoku are going to handle the "blue wave" of Ryonan. (Anime Roulette selection for next week: Hunter x Hunter, Episode 100) [Music used: Intro -- Sugar Magnolia by the Grateful Dead | Outro -- Good Vibrations by the Beach Boys] [Anime Roulette theme: Roulette! by Electric Six]

Week 40 [Season 4, Episode 16 / Hunter x Hunter Episode 100]

Pesci becomes a stone-cold killa before our very eyes in "Grateful Dead, Part 2", but I'm gonna be honest with y'all -- I was kinda bored talking about this episode because I was just eager to get to the Real Shit: Hunter x Hunter. Anime Roulette got us a winner this time. Also, James Woods, if you're reading this, do NOT listen until the end. And if you do, don't sue us. (Next week's Anime Roulette selection: Legend of the Galactic Heroes episode 94) [Music used: Intro -- Truckin' by The Grateful Dead | Outro -- Til I Die by The Beach Boys] [Anime Roulette theme: Roulette! by Electric Six]
