Episode 1 - Salt Lake Lore: Haunted Hotel & The Wizard
We're back! For each episode of season two, we'll pick a theme and each find a story relating to it, then report our findings to each other (and you!). To kick off the season, we present essential Salt Lake lore, the kind of stuff you'd only know about after living here a while or during a particular time. Remember when Oingo Boingo used to play special Halloween shows in Salt Lake? How many times have you seen "the wizard" strolling by Liberty Park? Join us as we dig through SLC's weird history in season two of Localmotive: An Arts and Culture Podcast.

Season One Wrap Up Episode!
Six months and 13 episodes later we've completed our first season of Localmotive. WOW! We wanted to take some time to reflect back on this first season (and some behind-the-scenes details) before we start the new season with our new format, which will have us both doing research on a theme and presenting it to the other person. Not sure what to call that format... We'll still do interviews when the opportunity strikes (pitch us!), but we're trying something new. Our first theme is "Salt Lake lore," and I have no idea how she's going to interpret it, but I've got something fun up my sleeve. We'll be back soon, so thank you for joining us for everything so far.
Episode 12 - Stimulating The Art Ecosystem: An Overview of Granary Art's Critical Ground Event
What a more perfect way to wrap up the art-focused Season 1 with an overview of an immersive, collaborative, educational, and stimulating arts event such as Granary Art's Critical Ground. Walk through the one-and-a-half day event with us and let us share with you what we learned.
