CASTING - Behind the Scenes PART 2 with Dave Newman
WE'RE BACK! Well, sort of. I'm back, TC, Taylah here. SO sorry we kind of disappeared, I'd like to say it was worth the wait? But I guess you guys will be the judge of that. I explain a little why AC isn't with me in this Ep, but more importantly, we finally are releasing our much awaited interview with Dave Newman of McSweeney Newman Casting. This was such a fun fun interview, Dave is so charismatic and just a brilliant guy. We hope you love this chat as much as we did. This is it for Dream Baby Dream for 2022, but I WILL be back next year. Thank you all for the amazing support this year, I've genuinely loved hearing how the pod has helped different people in different ways, and that's why I love it. See you in 2023, and Keep Dreaming. Hey Dreamers!! Hope you all had a lovely weekend. We are back today chatting with literal superwoman Tenille, about her life and experience as an actor. What's different about Tenille though, is that she has 6 kids, and also just sold her entire business, (that SHE BUILT from the ground up) to pursue her lifelong dream and passion of acting. VOICE OVER ACTING with Sammy G

We ADORE Sammy and we really learnt a lot in this interview about the world of Voice Over Acting and how it's actually pretty similar to our industry. We wanted to shout out a few people that we chat about in the episode that helped Sammy get to where she is in the industry today. TRAINING: Teresa Lim Felicity Jurd Deanna Cooney Linda Nicholls Gidley Everette Oliver And Sammy also recommended checking out QVAN: Queensland Voice Acting Network with Mike Joaquin and Vivian Abitia, BrisVo and SOVAS You can find Sammy at her website sammygunner.com or on Instagram @sammy__gunner Also swipe to see the commercial Sammy voiced! CASTING - Behind the Scenes with Tom McSweeney
"What are you nervous about? You've already won, you're getting to do the thing you claim you say you love to do." Hey Dreamers! We are SO excited to bring you this episode, with the one and only Tom McSweeney! Tom is one of Australia's most profound Casting Directors, and we had the opportunity to sit down with him and pick his brain about all things CASTING. It was a bumpy road to release this episode (we explain in the ep, but there were tears involved) but we're FINALLY here, and boy, it was worth the wait. We love Tom so much, he's everyone's biggest supporter and we absolutely love it. We hope you all learn something and get something inspiring out of this ep, we definitely left the room feeling motivated to create. There's no Artist of the Week this week, as we wanted to delve into Tom as much as possible. If you want to take classes with Tom, he teaches at the Warehouse Workshop Screen Acting Studio @warehouseworkshop on Instagram. We hope you love it, thanks guys. Keep Dreaming x
