Yesterday in Sydney, Australia, a nightmare unfolded as two Islamist terrorists opened fire on 1000 Jews celebrating the first night of Hanukkah. Innocent victims including a Holocaust survivor and a ten-year-old girl were murdered for being Jewish in public. Without any leadership from PM Albanese, it seems such a terrorist attack was inevitable. Sydney has been festering with antimsemitism since October 7th. Now we have to ask: will the world finally wake up and step up to fight this terror? Or will we succumb to the darkness? This Festival of Light, our prayers are for conquering the darkness.
