The Code of Practice for the Care and Handling of Dairy Cattle was established in 2009. In January 2019, the Dairy Farmers of Canada initiated a review, using the National Farm Animal Care Council’s Code development process.There is now a draft update to the Code, and it is available at: https://www.nfacc.ca/codes-of-practice/dairy-cattle
