Colleen Arambula spent 15 years as a school teacher before transitioning into entrepreneurship and helping grow DC Roofing and DC Marine Construction into a 50+ person company alongside her husband.

While her husband brought expertise in roofing, Colleen brought structure, organization, and leadership, helping shape the business into a scalable operation.

Her journey was also driven by something deeply personal. After learning at a young age that she would need IVF and surrogacy to have children, she made the decision to create a life that could support that future.
