Katie welcomes Heather Hunt back to the Nest for an informative discussion about diet, supplements and tips from pregnancy through postpartum. Dr. Heather is a Nevada County local. She was raised in Nevada City like her chiropractor father, Dr. Dale Jacobson DC before her. After much time away, she has been back in the area since 2009. Along with chiropractic, she specializes in cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release, and Functional Medicine with a focus on vitality. With the health goal of vitality in mind, she examines the whole picture of your health. She loves forming deep relationships with her patients and their families. True vitality of the body, mind, and spirit is the goal. She is the mother of three sons and spends her extra time running around with them and her husband Luke enjoying our beautiful world.
