In this episode, I talk about how we can use Dr. John Maxwell's book "Success is a Choice" and apply it to air traffic control and the Academy.

This is only the first of several episodes we will go through about this book and using it to become GREAT controllers.

I talk about how you have to make choices that bring success. As part of that, we learn that talent by itself is never enough, and that our job is to do a great job with the talents that we have been given.

Then, I talked about how you have to believe in yourself to be successful. You also have to believe in your potential( which very one of you has!). Then you have to believe in your QUEST! You have to believe that your quest is worth the pain you are going through.
